How club onboarding works
Each club joins before its members do, because members sign up with the IDs their own club has entered.
Have these ready
- Your club's name and district
- Your own Leo ID or Lion ID
- The e-mail address for your account
- Your members' IDs and names
Message the System Admin
Send a WhatsApp message with your club's name and district, and say whether it is a Leo club or a Lions club.
Your club is set up
The System Admin adds your club if it is not on LEO NEXUS yet, and invites you by e-mail as its Club Admin.
Accept the invitation
Open the link in the invitation e-mail, set your password and sign in.
Verify your identity
Upload your identity documents for review. Your Club Admin tools switch on once you are verified.
Add your members' IDs
Enter each member's ID and name in your club's ID registry, one at a time or as a list.

What opens to members on 21 Nov 2026
Members of onboarded clubs sign up with the ID their club entered, as soon as it is added. From that day, Google sign-up opens too. There are two paths.

Sign up with the Leo ID your club gave you. Add your skills, education and club work.
Find opportunities
Search jobs, internships and projects. Each post shows how many of your skills it needs.
Apply and follow along
Send an application with a short note. You are notified whenever its status changes.
Get a verified record
When the organization marks your work as completed, a verified record appears on your profile.

Sign up with your Lion ID and complete an identity check.

Platform staff review your business before it can post.

Most members use LEO NEXUS on a phone, often on mobile data. Pages are light, images are compressed, and it is built to work on a mid-range Android phone. This website is available in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
Your data is treated with care
LEO NEXUS holds information about young people and businesses. Here is how it is protected.
How we protect your data- Platform staff review identity checks, and every time someone opens a document it is recorded.
- NIC numbers, phone numbers, identity documents and messages are encrypted when stored, and all data is encrypted in transit.
- You can download your data or delete your account at any time.
- No advertising and no third-party tracking.
Questions people ask
- Why can't I sign up yet?
- Every Leo and Lion signs up with an ID from their own club's member list. If your club has already added your ID, you can sign up now. If not, ask your Club President to onboard your club.
- I'm a club president. How do I onboard my club?
- Message the System Admin on WhatsApp with your club's name and district. They add your club if needed and invite you as its Club Admin by e-mail.
- I'm a club member. What should I do now?
- Ask your Club President whether your club has been onboarded and your ID added. If it has, you can sign up now with early access. If not, ask them to contact the System Admin on WhatsApp.
- What changes on 21 Nov 2026?
- Standard member registration opens, and you can sign up with Google as well as your email. Every member still needs an ID added by their club, so a club can still onboard after that date.
- Can Lions clubs onboard too?
- Yes. Phase 1 is open to the presidents of Leo clubs and Lions clubs. Lions members who run a business register it after they have signed up.
- I already have an account. Where do I sign in?
- Club Admins and platform staff sign in from the link at the bottom of every page.
- Who can join LEO NEXUS?
- Leo club members, Lions members, and Managers that a Lion adds to help run their business.
- I don't have my Leo ID. What do I do?
- Ask your club's Club Admin or an officer of your club. Your ID must be on your club's list before you can use LEO NEXUS. If your club is not on LEO NEXUS yet, ask your club president to contact the System Admin.
- Will I be asked to pay to apply?
- No. Creating a profile and applying for opportunities never asks for card or bank details, and no one may ask an applicant for money through LEO NEXUS.
- Can any company post opportunities?
- No. Only Lions members can register their business, after verifying their identity, and platform staff approve each business before it can post.
- What is a verified record?
- A record on your profile of work you completed, confirmed by the organization that offered it.
- Does AI decide who gets selected?
- No. The organization reviews applicants and decides. Search shows how many of your skills match a post, and the AI assistant can only suggest changes that you confirm.
- Who can see my profile?
- Signed-in members see your profile without private details such as your NIC number, address or date of birth. If you share a link to your profile, anyone with the link sees a short summary.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes. Go to Settings, then Privacy and data. You can download a copy of your data there too.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. LEO NEXUS works in the browser on any modern phone and is designed to use little mobile data.
- Which languages can I use?
- This website is available in English, Sinhala and Tamil. The LEO NEXUS app itself is in English.
