Onboard your club
Phase 1: club onboarding is live. Club presidents, please contact the System Admin to onboard your club.

What to send
Your name, your club's name and district, and whether it is a Leo club or a Lions club. If your message is about an account, add the e-mail address it uses. Never send a password, an NIC number or an identity document in a message.
Already have an account?
Sign in and open Help & support to send a request to platform staff. It stays with your account, and the menu shows when someone has answered.
Questions about your Leo ID or Lion ID
Your club's Club Admin keeps your club's ID list and can usually help fastest. If your club is not on LEO NEXUS yet, ask your club president to contact the System Admin.

To download or delete your data, sign in and open Settings, then Privacy and data.
