About LEO NEXUS
LEO NEXUS is the career platform of the Lions and Leo family in Sri Lanka. Leo club members find jobs, internships and projects offered by businesses that Lions members run, and keep a record of the work they complete.
Why it exists
Leos learn leadership, teamwork and project skills through club service, and Lions members who run businesses need capable young people they can trust. Until now nothing connected the two inside the family. LEO NEXUS does.
How membership is checked
Every Leo and Lion joins with a member ID that their own club has entered in its ID registry. Platform staff review identity documents, and approve each business before it can post an opportunity.
What it does today
- A career profile with skills, education, experience, club positions and projects
- Search for jobs, internships and projects by skill, type and location
- Applications with status updates, and a chat with the organization about each one
- Verified records of completed work, confirmed by the organization
- A page for every organization and every Leo and Lions club
- An AI assistant that only suggests changes; nothing is saved until you confirm
How it is launching
Phase 1, club onboarding, began at the launch event on 7 November 2026: club presidents contact the System Admin to bring their club onto LEO NEXUS and add their members' IDs. A member whose ID has been added can sign up straight away, and standard member registration opens on 21 Nov 2026.
What it does not do
- It does not choose applicants: the organization reviews them and decides
- It shows no advertising and uses no third-party tracking
- It does not let anyone ask an applicant for money
